Care Manager – Early Treatment Program – Treasure Coast
Job Description
This position functions as a core member of a collaborative Early Treatment Program whose interventions and treatment are focused on helping individuals navigate the road to recovery from an episode of psychosis, including supporting efforts to function well at home, on the job, at school, and in the social world. This position reports to the Early Treatment Program Supervisor. This staff develops and maintains professional relationships with participants and family members, staff, funding source personnel, and other professionals or community members who have an impact on those we serve. Certification in Case Management (Person-to-Person) preferred; or must obtain within 6 months. Preferably a minimum of (1) year experience Heavily concentrated in the mental health field. Work experience with young adults with mental illnesses or with individuals with similar human-services needs as an organization case manager desired.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field.
- Excellent writing and organizational skills including time management.
- Valid Florida Driver’s license and auto liability insurance.
