Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality psychological services to a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. This role involves conducting diagnostic evaluations, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The Psychologist will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients with various behavioral health needs.
Duties
- Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations to assess mental health conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide individual therapy to adults and children, utilizing evidence-based practices or other effective modalities.
- Offer child and family counseling to support families in navigating mental health challenges.
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within hospital settings to provide integrated care for patients.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with advancements in psychological practices and research.
- Provide consultation and support to social work staff regarding patient care strategies.
Requirements
- Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure as a Psychologist - California.
- Experience in behavioral health settings, particularly with outpatient care or community health centers.
- Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation techniques and treatment modalities for various populations, including geriatrics.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Commitment to ethical practice and adherence to confidentiality standards.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
