Primary Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) | Denver, CO

PHP, IOP, and Residential programs for adolescents and adults

$75K–$85K base | Signing Bonus + Relocation Support | Full-Time, Mon–Fri


We’re seeking a licensed Primary Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LP) to join our Denver eating disorder treatment center. With a manageable caseload (6–7 clients) and structured hours, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact while working in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.


In this role as the Primary Therapist, you will:

  • Deliver evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy
  • Serve as the lead clinician for a small caseload
  • Conduct assessments and coordinate treatment planning
  • Facilitate therapeutic meals and family programming
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team


Primary Therapist Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $75K–$85K/year + signing bonus + relocation support

Qualifications

  • Active Colorado license: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LP (required)
  • Master’s degree or higher in the behavioral health field
  • Eating disorder treatment experience preferred
  • Strong skills in individual, family, and group therapy


Location: Denver, CO | Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM
