As Central Intake Coordinator you must meet the following qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Central Intake Coordinator or similar role
- Prior knowledge of skilled nursing industry preferred
- Superior customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in data entry and record keeping
- Proficient in referral portal systems such as Watershed, Epic, NaviHealth, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Office and database software
- Ability to handle HIPPA and other protected patient information with discretion
- Minimum associate’s degree or equivalent. Higher degree in social work or a related field is a plus
