What We’re Looking For:

Minimum qualifications-

• Current certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), or in good standing and eligible for certification
• Currently licensed by (or able to obtain), and in good standing with, the Alabama Behavior Analyst Licensing Board
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have reliable transportation and a willingness to travel between therapy sites
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must be or become CPR Certified by a date specified upon hire

Preferred qualifications-

• Previous experience working with children
• Previous experience working in residential, clinic, or in-home therapy settings
• Previous personal or professional experience working with individuals diagnosed with ASD and/or with related developmental needs.

Pay: $38.75 - $52.75 per hour
