What We’re Looking For:

Minimum qualifications-
- Current certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), or in good standing and eligible for certification
- Currently licensed by (or able to obtain), and in good standing with, the Alabama Behavior Analyst Licensing Board
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have reliable transportation and a willingness to travel between therapy sites
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be or become CPR Certified by a date specified upon hire
Preferred qualifications-
- Previous experience working with children
- Previous experience working in residential, clinic, or in-home therapy settings
- Previous personal or professional experience working with individuals diagnosed with ASD and/or with related developmental needs.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $38.75 - $52.75 per hour
