Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The most important requirements for this role are:
- You must be able to provide services in Broward County, FL
- You must be currently enrolled with Florida Medicaid as a BCBA provider
This position focuses on delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism. The BCBA will create and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans and collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to improve client outcomes and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor client progress.
- Modify interventions based on data and team feedback.
- Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and staff on behavior strategies.
- Maintain compliant documentation in line with HIPAA and Medicaid requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, client-centered care.
- Stay up to date on current ABA research and best practices.
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Enrolled with Florida Medicaid as a BCBA provider (required)
- Ability to provide in-person services in Broward County, FL (required)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) (highly preferred)
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)
- Strong ABA knowledge, data collection, and documentation skills
- Experience with autism and special education settings is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Pay: $76.68 per hour
