Weekly Hours: 5 hours total - 2.5h (97155) + 2.5h (97156)
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for one case in Palm Beach County. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plan for a five year old client. The BCBA will work closely with the client, family, and interdisciplinary teams to promote positive behavioral changes and enhance the quality of life for the individual receiving care.
Experience
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs and develop tailored behavior intervention plans.
- Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, etc.), develop treatment plans, and monitor progress.
- Administer BASC-3 and Vineland-3 to caregivers when necessary.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Provide training and support to staff, caregivers, and families on behavioral therapy techniques.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Implement evidence-based practices in applied behavior analysis to address challenging behaviors.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress and share insights on best practices.
- Submit time sheets and reports (e.g., reauthorization, monthly documents) on time
- Complete daily progress notes
Qualifications
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) is required.
- Experience working with individuals with ASD, ADHD and other developmental or behavioral disorders is required.
- MUST speak English.
- MUST have an MPI
- Strong knowledge of diagnostic evaluation processes and medical documentation standards.
- Proficiency in data collection methods related to patient care and behavioral analysis.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
