We are looking for a Content Creation & Social Media Intern to join our team and help us share our message through Instagram Reels and short-form video content.

What you will do

• Edit and produce Reels and short videos for Instagram (and potentially TikTok/YouTube Shorts).
• Create engaging content aligned with our brand identity.
• Capture and repurpose clips from trainings, workshops, and interviews.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative campaigns.

What you will learn

• How to build and grow a brand in the sports & psychology niche.
• Best practices for Instagram growth and short-form storytelling.
• Hands-on experience creating content with real impact.
• Direct mentoring from our founders, with backgrounds in European academies and applied sports psychology.

Requirements

• Student in Marketing, Communication, Media, or related fields (internship for academic credit).
• Passion for sports, psychology, and content creation.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or similar).
• Creative mindset and motivation to learn.
