Job Overview
We are seeking a trauma-informed therapist to join our team at Calming Tides Counseling in Winter Park, FL. This is a W2 employee position with a caseload of 20–25 clients per week. Responsibilities
- Providing individual therapy to clients
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Attending biweekly team meetings and participating in regular communication with the group
- Engaging in supervision (if applicable) and professional development opportunities
- Practicing ethically, inclusively, and in alignment with trauma-informed care
Requirements:
- Active Florida license or RMHCI registration
- EMDR trained, currently in training (preferred), or open to becoming trained in EMDR
- Interest or experience in trauma-focused modalities such as IFS, ART, or Brainspotting (a plus)
- Ability to manage a caseload of 20–25 clients per week
- Openness to collaboration, feedback, and teamwork
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50.00 - $80.00 per hour
