Compensation:$65-$70 per hour, DOE

Benefits: Hybrid Schedule, BCBS Health insurance , PTO, and 401k Match up to 4% after 3 months.

School Psychologist
Tact Staff is seeking a dedicated Hybrid School Psychologist to join our team for the 2025-2026 school year in Monroe, Michigan. This position offers the flexibility of both in-person and virtual work while making a positive impact on students' academic and social-emotional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for students.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Provide counseling and support services to students experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to create a supportive learning environment.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide recommendations for student support.
• Stay current with best practices and interventions in school psychology.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Specialist degree (Ed.S., M.A., M.S., or equivalent) in School Psychology.
• Valid Michigan School Psychologist certification/license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience in both in-person and virtual assessment and counseling preferred.
• Strong knowledge of special education laws and best practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
