Licensed Psychologists play a vital role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality mental health services within our organization. This position requires a compassionate leader who can guide a team of clinicians, ensuring that they provide effective treatment and support to clients. The Licensed Psychologist will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment, promoting professional development, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Duties

• Supervise and support clinical staff in their daily operations, providing guidance and feedback to enhance service delivery.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and facilitate ongoing training to ensure adherence to best practices in mental health care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Monitor client progress and outcomes, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in the provision of mental health services.
• Facilitate group supervision sessions and provide individual clinical supervision as needed.
• Stay informed about current trends in mental health treatment, including art therapy, psychopharmacology, and gender issues counseling.
