• Performs psychosocial interventions with clients within the scope of practice.
• Provides individual, family, or group therapy including counselling, testing, and client education.
• Develops personalized intervention goals and objectives to educate and resolve client functioning issues.
• Participates in setting, implementing, and evaluating treatment goals and system objectives.
• Conducts client and family interviews to establish case plans and treatment goals.
• Assesses client needs and selects appropriate intervention techniques; monitors and adjusts treatments as needed.
• Provides feedback on client progress and the effectiveness of prescribed treatments.
• Reviews and evaluates cases handled by lower-level behavioural healthcare providers.
• Maintains accurate documentation to meet federal, state, and local agency requirements.
• Prepares social histories, admission/aftercare summaries, and court-required documents and forms.
• Participates in treatment teams and program development initiatives.
• Attends training sessions, departmental meetings, and court hearings as required.
• Coordinates referrals and follow-up services through collaboration with other agencies and support systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $32.00 - $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
