THE ROLE: More Than Just a Job - It's a Calling

We're seeking a dedicated Dog Play Group Supervisor (Daycare Counselor) who understands that this isn't just about watching dogs play. You'll be the heartbeat of our operations, serving as a guardian, friend, and vital team member in creating a nurturing environment where dogs thrive and owners trust completely.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Monitor and guide dog play using positive reinforcement techniques - no yelling or harsh corrections, ever

• Provide individualized attention to every dog, especially shy or anxious pets who need extra encouragement

• Maintain constant vigilance to ensure safety and harmony in group settings

• Conduct health and safety checks at the beginning and end of each day

• Document detailed behavioral observations including social dynamics, training progress, and personality profiles

• Manage toys and equipment to ensure safe, engaging play environments

• Demonstrate professionalism and compassion in every interaction, understanding that dogs act from emotion, not defiance
