About Job
- LCSW, LMFT, or LPC (one of the three is required)
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide individual and family therapy.
- Develop and implement effective discharge and aftercare plans for patients and their families.
- Deliver services and treatments based on recovery-oriented services, family systems, and evidence-based treatments.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions and therapy process groups.
- Provide psychoeducation and support relapse prevention efforts.
- Utilize the 12 Step Recovery philosophy and alternative recovery-based community resources.
- Apply ASAM (American Society of Addiction Medicine) dimensions and levels of care.
- Identify symptoms of intoxication and withdrawal.
- Act as a liaison to community programs and develop strategic partnerships to enhance aftercare plans.
- Provide consultation and training on psychosocial aspects of human behavior and complex environments.
