We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team, providing essential services in both inpatient and outpatient treatment settings. The ideal candidate will have expertise in group therapy focused on treating substance use disorders and will be knowledgeable in various therapeutic and recovery approaches.Required Certifications

LCSW, LMFT, or LPC (one of the three is required)

Key Responsibilities

Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide individual and family therapy.
Develop and implement effective discharge and aftercare plans for patients and their families.
Deliver services and treatments based on recovery-oriented services, family systems, and evidence-based treatments.
Facilitate group therapy sessions and therapy process groups.
Provide psychoeducation and support relapse prevention efforts.
Utilize the 12 Step Recovery philosophy and alternative recovery-based community resources.
Apply ASAM (American Society of Addiction Medicine) dimensions and levels of care.
Identify symptoms of intoxication and withdrawal.
Act as a liaison to community programs and develop strategic partnerships to enhance aftercare plans.
Provide consultation and training on psychosocial aspects of human behavior and complex environments.

This role involves acting as the primary contact for involving and educating patients, families, and significant others in the process of treatment and mental health recovery. The work is performed in both individual and group settings.
