About Job

Inspire Behavior Services is searching for a certified BCBA to work for students with learning differences in the educational environment. We are looking for a BCBA who is able to advocate for students as part of their IEP team providing individualized support systems that need to be in place for behavioral, social, and academic achievement. We are collaborative and our BCBAs work to support each other as well as our staff and students.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee students in the kindergarten through high school environments.
  • Create and maintain individualized Behavior Intervention Plans to be implemented in the student’s day-to-day environment, utilizing evidence-based, positive behavior solutions.
  • Create and implement the student’s day-to-day behavioral, communicative, social, and cognitive curriculum.
  • Maintain data and conduct data-based analysis to best serve the student in their environment.
  • Upkeep and maintain IEP goals and standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the student’s teachers and other professionals to help create a collaborative team to provide student-centered planning.
  • Provide on-going training to direct staff members, while supporting them in their day-to-day environment.
  • Provide supervision to up-coming BCBA candidates and potential RBT’s.
  • Effectively communicate with the team members.
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments.

Qualifications:

  • You are a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
  • You have at least 6 months of supervisory experience.
  • You have excellent communication skills.
  • You are willing to work flexibly with other professionals in multiple interdisciplinary teams.
  • You are able to commit to working 20-40 hours a week, throughout a full academic year.
  • You are able to work with a variety of ages and abilities, providing individualized, evidence-based supports.
  • You are able to provide references, livescan, and TB tests upon request.
  • You have reliable transportation.
