We are currently seeking a Full-time and Part-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists to join our community of care—a space that values clinical excellence, peer support, and equity in mental health access.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide in-person and telehealth psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
- Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team with open consultation and support
- Maintain timely and clinically sound documentation
- Participate in peer case consultations and team-based learning
- Support a culture of clinical excellence, mutual respect, and belonging
What You’ll Need:
- Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field.
- Active CA BBS license (LMFT)
- Strong commitment to building therapeutic relationships and achieving meaningful outcomes for clients.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A desire to grow within a private clinic organization

Rates:
LMFT - $70 per clinical hour
Work Set-up: Hybrid - one to two days a week to provide in- person therapy, plus work from home options.
