Job Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to provide high-quality therapeutic services to individuals seeking support for their mental health. As a counselor in this role, you will have the opportunity to either launch or expand your private practice by accepting insurance and managing client care using integrated, user-friendly tools. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Counseling Services: Deliver compassionate therapy to individuals seeking support for their mental health.

- Insurance Acceptance: Initiate or expand your practice by accepting a variety of insurance plans to ensure broader access for your clients.
- Compliance Support: Utilize built-in tools to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and stay updated on necessary documentation.

Requirements:
- Licensure: Must hold a valid state-issued license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LPCMH, or LIMHP), or equivalent, at the Master's level or higher.
- Credentials: Must possess a valid National Provider Identifier (NPI) number and malpractice insurance.
- Experience: Ideal candidates should be ready to launch or expand their practice by accepting insurance and working with diverse client needs.
- Technical Competency: Comfortable with using integrated electronic health records (EHR) platforms for scheduling, documentation, and client communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with insurance-based clients and understanding of insurance credentialing processes is a plus.
- Prior experience managing a private practice or business operations is advantageous but not required.
