Job Overview:

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to provide high-quality therapeutic services to individuals seeking support for their mental health. As a counselor in this role, you will have the opportunity to either launch or expand your private practice by accepting insurance and managing client care using integrated, user-friendly tools. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Licensure: Must hold a valid state-issued license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LPCMH, or LIMHP), or equivalent, at the Master's level or higher.
• Credentials: Must possess a valid National Provider Identifier (NPI) number and malpractice insurance.
• Experience: Ideal candidates should be ready to launch or expand their practice by accepting insurance and working with diverse client needs.
• Technical Competency: Comfortable with using integrated electronic health records (EHR) platforms for scheduling, documentation, and client communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with insurance-based clients and understanding of insurance credentialing processes is a plus.
• Prior experience managing a private practice or business operations is advantageous but not required.
