Duties Description As a Social Work Supervisor 1 LCSW, your duties will include:

Supervising social work staff
Diagnosing mental, emotional, behavioral disorders
Administering and interpreting tests and measures of psychosocial functioning
Developing and implementing assessment-based treatment plans
Providing psychotherapy and psychotherapeutic treatment
Completing required records and documentation

2 years of service as an LMSW 1 or LMSW 2 including any language parenthetic for these titles and
Current license and registration as an LCSW.
