Overview:
Join the Clover Health Services team! We are seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) – Crisis Evaluator in Saratoga Springs, NY. This is a travel assignment providing an exciting opportunity to work in collaboration with ED and psychiatric care teams.

Schedule:

• 07:00 PM – 07:30 AM
• Every other weekend and holiday
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week

Pay:

• Travel Hourly Rate: $51.75/hr
• Local Hourly Rate: $46.67/hr

Description:
The ED Crisis Evaluator LMSW will:

• Conduct crisis evaluations of psychiatric patients
• Collaborate with ED care teams and psychiatric providers for safe disposition
• Be familiar with voluntary and involuntary admission procedures
• Float to the inpatient MHU as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years recent experience as a social worker in psychiatric or crisis care
• Current BLS certification
• Current LMSW license
• Familiarity with care of psychiatric patients and crisis evaluation procedures
