A high school in Clifton Park, NY is seeking a skilled School Psychologist to provide essential support for students in grades 9 through 12. This contract position runs from ASAP through June 30, 2026, with work hours from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. The role focuses on comprehensive psychological services for students with a wide range of disabilities, including mild, moderate, and severe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological reevaluations to assess student needs and progress
  • Participate in MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) meetings to help design interventions and support plans
  • Collaborate with staff to problem-solve and support individual student challenges
  • Lead and contribute to 504 plan meetings, ensuring accommodations align with student requirements
  • Provide ongoing consultation and support to educators and families regarding student mental health and learning needs

Qualifications:

  • Certification or licensure as a School Psychologist

  • Proven ability to conduct psychological assessments and develop intervention plans
