We’re looking for a Patient Care Coordinator Assistant to support our senior team members and learn the ropes of patient care coordination from the ground up.

This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who is professional, highly organized, and ready to build a career in healthcare. You’ll float between our Orem and Salt Lake City clinics, assisting with scheduling, paperwork, and patient support — all while being mentored by an experienced, high-performing care coordination team.

What You'll Do

• Travel weekly between clinics in Orem and Salt Lake City (mileage reimbursed)
• Support Patient Care Coordinators with scheduling, paperwork, records, and follow-up
• Scan, file, and organize medical documents with high attention to detail
• Help manage patient check-ins, calls, and referrals under guidance from senior staff
• Shadow and learn clinical coordination workflows over time — including how we guide patients through wound and vascular treatment plans

Requirements

• Reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided)
• Some customer service, administrative, or academic experience is preferred
• Available for 10-hour shifts on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable with basic technology — we’ll train you, but you should be a quick study
