SOAR Autism Center is looking for caring and enthusiastic behavior technicians to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism. Behavior Technicians are responsible for implementing Behavior Intervention Plans and skill acquisition goals designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). We are currently hiring for part-time (25 hour/week or less) and full-time (30hours/week or more) positions across Oakland County. Monday through Friday schedule. We are open 9am-7pm Monday through Thursday. We only ask that employees work 2 evenings per week. On Fridays we are open 9am-3pm

Responsibilities Include:

• provide quality 1:1 instruction to children with ASD in communication, social, play, and independent living skills
• record daily data to reflect client progress toward goals
• maintain objective daily session notes
• maintain effective communication with team members and supervisors

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Associate's or Bachelor's strongly preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Registered Behavior Technician strongly preferred
