Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • **Personalized Treatment Design: ** Craft and execute customized therapy plans and supportive strategies tailored for each client.
  • **Innovative Program Creation: ** Develop new therapeutic programs and refine existing ones to assure top-notch treatment quality.
  • **Collaborative Case Management: ** Engage with a multidisciplinary team including family members and other caregivers to ensure comprehensive case reviews and progress evaluations.
  • **Educator & Mentor Role: ** Guide a team of therapists by providing direct supervision, training, and adherence to best practices.
  • **Efficient Caseload Handling: ** Balance maintaining a client caseload while performing supervisory responsibilities.
  • **Stakeholder Liaison: ** Regularly update funding partners on client progress through detailed reporting and managed communications.
Qualifications:
  • **Certification Need: ** Possession of a BCBA certification is mandatory. Candidates with an equivalent Master's degree and completion of ABA coursework may be considered if planning to obtain certification shortly.
  • **Experience Level: ** Open to candidates with under 1 year of experience in a supportive associate role.
  • **Essential Skill Set: **
  • Deep understanding of ABA and DTT methodologies
  • Strong capabilities in leadership, interpersonal interaction, and solving complex problems
  • Effective time management skills
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English
  • **Practical Necessities: ** A valid driver's license and reliable transportation with insurance.
  • **Desirable Additions: **
  • Capability to manage higher-tier organizational tasks when needed
  • Regular interaction with colleagues regarding arrangements and client care
  • Bilingual or multilingual proficiency beneficial and may lead to enhanced compensation.
Compensation & Additional Offerings:
  • **Salary Range: ** Base salary starts at $80,000 to $85,000, with avenues for additional bonuses nearing an annual total of approximately $100,000.
