**Key Duties**

  • **Design and Implementation: ** Construct and execute customized care plans, behavioral interventions, and strategic frameworks for clients to achieve their developmental goals.
  • **Innovate Programs: ** Shape new therapeutic programs and modify ongoing ones to foster premium care and successful client outcomes.
  • **Collaborative Approach: ** Partner with cross-functional teams, including family members and support networks, to evaluate treatment progress and update strategies.
  • **Leadership and Mentorship: ** Guide, train, and support a team of clinical professionals, ensuring adherence to core protocols and best practices.
  • **Manage Caseloads: ** Balance a client caseload alongside supervision duties to maintain impactful service delivery.

**Qualifications**

  • **Certification Required: ** Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential, or pending certification post-ABA coursework with ETA for completion.
  • **Experience-level: ** Open to candidates with less than one year of field experience.
  • **Key Competencies: **
  • Proficient in ABA methodologies and DTT.
  • Strong communicative, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in English.
  • **Operational Needs: ** Valid driving permit and access to a reliable vehicle with insurance.
  • **Additional Assets: **
  • Capacity for higher-level management and decision-making.
  • Routine communication regarding operational schedules and client expectations.
  • Bilingual abilities are preferred and could enhance salary potential.
**Compensation & Benefits**
