Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Part-Time
Location: Westford, MA
Pay Rate: $65/hr | Schedule: 2 days/week (~16 hours) | Onsite
Assignment Duration: ASAP through June 17, 2026
Caseload: Approximately 6–8 students
Position Overview:
Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide part-time support in a substantially separate program within a grade 3–5 school in Westford, MA. This role is ideal for a BCBA who values close collaboration with teachers and staff to support a small group of students with specialized needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct and consultative behavioral support for 6–8 students
Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and data analysis
Train and collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff
Ensure behavioral supports align with IEP goals and district expectations
