Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – School-Based | Sharon, MA

Pay Rate: $65/hr + BONUS | Schedule: Full-Time, 30 hours/week | Onsite

Assignment Dates: ASAP – June 24, 2026

Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a supportive K–5 school in Sharon, MA. This is a full-time, onsite role offering the opportunity to impact student growth, guide program development, and work closely with a team committed to inclusive education.

Position Highlights:
Full-Time, 30 hours per week following the school calendar year

Serve approximately 25 students directly , with consultation for 5 additional students

Provide services across two specialized programs :
A program designed for students with emotional needs

A program supporting a cohort of students within the Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) category

Responsibilities include staff consultation, individualized behavior planning, data collection, IEP collaboration, and coaching for paraprofessionals and teachers

Act as a key member of the student support team, collaborating with families and related service providers to ensure consistency of strategies

Requirements:
Active BCBA certification

School-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred

Expertise supporting students with emotional and behavioral needs as well as autism
