From Roots to Wings Behavioral Consulting provides high-quality, in-home and community-based ABA therapy for children and teens (ages 0–21) across York County, Chester County, and Lancaster County, South Carolina. We are seeking a Part-Time BCaBA to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical skills, a love for working with children, and a collaborative spirit. This role is perfect for someone looking for flexibility while making a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct supervision and support to RBTs delivering ABA therapy
• assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized treatment plans
• collect and analyze data to track client progress
• train and coach RBTs to ensure treatment integrity and quality services
• collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and team members to promote client success
• conduct parent trainings
• be willing to conduct 1:1 direct ABA therapy sessions when needed.

Qualifications

• Board Certification as an Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) (required).
• bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field (required)
• Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis principles.
• Strong data collection skills and the ability to analyze information effectively.

• good time management skills
