About the Role:
The BCBA will play a key role in supporting student learning and development through behavior analysis services. Youll collaborate closely with school staff, students, and families to help ensure a safe, inclusive, and effective learning environment while promoting social, emotional, and academic growth.
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct behavior analysis services to students as required by IEPs and behavior intervention plans.
Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and case records.
Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to implement effective behavior strategies and interventions.
Support student social-emotional development, wellness, and academic progress.
Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations regarding behavior analysis services.
Qualifications:
Valid Connecticut BCBA certification.
Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
Experience working in a school setting or with children/adolescents is preferred.
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Ability to design, implement, and monitor effective behavior intervention strategies.
