About the Role:
The BCBA will play a key role in supporting student learning and development through behavior analysis services. Youll collaborate closely with school staff, students, and families to help ensure a safe, inclusive, and effective learning environment while promoting social, emotional, and academic growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct behavior analysis services to students as required by IEPs and behavior intervention plans.

  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and case records.

  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to implement effective behavior strategies and interventions.

  • Support student social-emotional development, wellness, and academic progress.

  • Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations regarding behavior analysis services.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Connecticut BCBA certification.

  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.

  • Experience working in a school setting or with children/adolescents is preferred.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to design, implement, and monitor effective behavior intervention strategies.
