Job Title: Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide culturally sensitive individual and family therapy services. In this role, you will conduct thorough assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide crisis intervention in a supportive, collaborative, and multidisciplinary environment. You will work within a clinical team that values your professional growth and offers opportunities for supervision, education, and leadership development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Assessment & Therapy: Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments to understand the unique needs and challenges of clients and families. Provide personalized individual and family therapy to foster healing, resilience, and mental wellness.
- Treatment & Crisis Planning: Develop comprehensive treatment plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to support clients in maintaining stable mental health and achieving their goals.
- Collaborative Care: Participate actively in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning to enhance client care and ensure cohesive treatment across the team.
- Documentation & Billing: Ensure the timely completion of billing, treatment documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorizations, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethical responsibility.
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and other therapists to deliver a holistic, team-based approach to mental health care.
Requirements:
- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
- Independent licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) as per state regulation.
- Strong passion for mental health care and a commitment to delivering high-quality, client-focused therapy.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and families.
- Ability to manage time effectively, balancing clinical and administrative responsibilities.
- A commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and ongoing professional development, including supervision and continuing education.
Preferred Qualifications (if any):
- Experience working in an outpatient or multidisciplinary team setting.
- Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse population and a commitment to culturally sensitive care.
