Job Description: Licensed Clinical Psychologist

About the RoleWe are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our practice in Denver. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based psychological services to a diverse patient population. This role involves conducting assessments, delivering individual and group therapy, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to the overall well-being of clients.
Responsibilities- Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy using evidence-based interventions.
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, including diagnostic assessments, testing, and treatment planning.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, social workers, and other members of the care team to ensure holistic treatment.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs and goals.
- Stay current with clinical research, therapeutic modalities, and best practices in psychology.
- Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, and continuing education.
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
- Active and unrestricted Colorado Psychologist License (required).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (post-licensure preferred).
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed care).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to cultural competence, inclusivity, and ethical standards of care.
- Experience working with diverse populations, including adolescents, adults, and families.
- Background in trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, or substance use treatment.
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHRs).
