Job Description
The ideal candidate will provide direct services to individuals of all ages including assessments, individual, family and group therapy, treatment plans, discharge planning, and clinical and administrative supervision to LCSW candidates.
Duties:
- Perform assessments to evaluate a variety of mental health and behavioral conditions to children, adolescents and adults. • Develop an individualized, treatment plans to fit the needs of each client using appropriate diagnostic criteria.
- Conduct individual, family, and group counseling, utilizing methods consistent with evidence based practice, using a brief, focal model of care when appropriate.
- Maintain progress notes and other documentation required for the client medical record and utilization management within the timelines outlined by the agency
- Completes required documentation and paperwork including biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning and implementation in a timely manner
- Leads, monitors and provides clinical and administrative supervision to LCSW candidates
Qualifications: LICENSURE:
- State of Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Maintain Colorado license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional
- Must abide by the code of ethics subscribed to by the respective licensing organization.
PREFERRED
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
Applicant must have the ability to get credentialed with various insurance providers such as:
Medicaid, Tricare, Medicare, Tricare, Beacon/Kaiser, EAP providers
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
