Overview
We are a thriving mental health group practice with four locations (North Ridgeville, Westlake, Sheffield Village, Sandusky) who are looking to add full-time and/or part-time therapists to our pratice. We offer flexibility in your schedule and a supportive, collaborative environment of therapists and staff. We provide individual, family and group therapy to a variety of different populations as well as psychological assessment services. Our therapists have autonomy over their schedule and caseload.

We have a dedicated, professional staff who handle all billing, credientialing and scheduling services so that you can focus on providing therapy services. This position is 1099, and our compensation is a percentage of what is billed. We have a good repeutation in our communities and so we have a high demand for services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide individual and/or group therapy sessions to clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.

Requirements

• Master's degree in social work or counseling or Ph.D./Psy.D.
• Independently licensed is preferred, but we do have limited availablity for individuals working towards their licensure and needing supervision.
• Independent, self-motivated and responsibile
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction.
• Empathy and active listening skills to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records and documentation.
