As a BCBA with ABA Consulting, you will:
- Conduct individualized, strengths-based assessments and develop treatment plans rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Use data meaningfully to monitor progress, inform decisions, and adapt interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, BCBAs, QSPs, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
- Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs and paraprofessionals to promote effective and ethical implementation of behavior strategies.
- Maintain detailed, compliant documentation, including assessments, progress reports, and treatment plans, in alignment with HIPAA and regulatory standards.
- Support intake processes, including completing CMDEs with high accuracy and timely turnaround.
- Participate in compliance initiatives such as mock audits, monthly reviews, and operations training to support center performance and quality assurance.
- Stay current in the field by participating in ongoing professional development and applying best practices in behavioral health.
What You Bring
- Active BCBA certification in good standing; licensure in Minnesota preferred (especially for EIDBI services).
- Experience working with children and individuals with ASD or developmental disabilities.
