This role offers flexible hours, supportive staff, and the opportunity to make a real impact without the heavy caseload of traditional settings.

This is a part-time BCBA position (3-5 hours/month) with the potential to become a temp-to-hire role. Perfect for experienced Behavior Analysts who want to work with adults instead of children in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Functional Assessments (FA) annually

Develop individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs), including:

Setting event & antecedent strategies

Teaching strategies

Crisis management strategies

Data collection methods & forms

Train Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) using:

Modeling, rehearsal, and feedback

Monitor fidelity of BSP implementation (quarterly)

Complete monthly progress monitoring with:

Adjustments as needed based on progress

Conduct new assessments & revise BSPs when progress stalls

Participate in multidisciplinary psychotropic medication reviews (quarterly)

Experience working with TBI, IDD, or autism spectrum disorders (adults preferred)
Confident, independent, and able to take initiative
Training experience with staff (not supervisory, but supportive coaching)
Strong data collection & analytical skills

Why Join Us?

Work with adults in community homes, not pediatric clinics
Flexible scheduling – plan visits when clients are awake
Supportive staff who know the residents well
Part-time role with potential to grow
Opportunity to collaborate with state government programs
Training available virtually
