Elevate Family Services is looking to add a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to our growing team in Las Vegas, NV! We are a small agency at this point in time; therefore, we are looking for a BCBA who shares these values and would like to be a significant part of our growth within the community. This individual will have the opportunity to give input and have a hand in future developments at Elevate.
We are excited to offer this position as a hybrid role (2-3 days remote & remaining days in person).
Candidates must have a Master's degree in a related field and hold an active BCBA certification. Preference will be given to those who also hold an active LBA in the state of Nevada.
The position includes all of the following benefits:
- Highly competitive salary

- $2,000 sign-on bonus ($500 after three months, $500 after six months, $1000 after one year)
- Monthly gas stipend
- Low caseload requirement (7 - 12 clients typically for a full-time BCBA)
- Regular schedules to emphasize the importance of work/life balance (Monday - Friday, NO weekends).
- Operations department which handles all administrative duties (e.g., client intakes, HR, billing, credentialing/contracting, authorizations, RBT scheduling, releases of information, etc.)
- Individual office space provided
- Access to an extensive library of free CEUs
- Additional 2 free CEUs every 14 weeks in connection with our partnership with Capella University
- Regular leadership training and weekly collaborative BCBA meetings
- Lead RBT assistants to help you with indirect tasks (material prep, RBT support, CentralReach tasks, etc.) so that you can prioritize clinical work
- 14 working days of PTO per year plus additional holidays off
