Student Worker positions are available at the front office and as parking monitors. The student worker employee is responsible for performing tasks that will increase the productivity and efficiency of the college. Additionally, the student worker will continue to maintain the professionalism and decorum associated with the administrative staff of Northwest Career College.

Additionally, the student worker will continue to maintain the professionalism and decorum associated with the administrative staff of Northwest Career College.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Provides a 5-star experience to all guests, students, and employees
- Welcomes guests by greeting them with a smile and a service mentality, in person or on the telephone, answering or directing inquiries
- Stays up to date on internal directory information for supporting walk-ins and students with assistance
- Contacts the supervisor-on-duty for escalations or support that falls outside of the direct scope of responsibilities
- Restocks and services breakroom and restroom, replenishing supplies as needed
- Maintains customer confidence and protects the institution by keeping information confidential, escalating concerns to supervision
- Answers internal phone calls ONLY, directing them to the appropriate representative
- Can complete program-related coursework, homework, or other program-related assignments
- Can utilize the internet for educational and research purposes
- Completes projects, following up on results
- Other duties assigned by the Front Office Supervisor
- REQUIRED - The candidate must be enrolled or attending Northwest Career College.
- PREFERRED - The enrolled student must be within their first five (5) modules and not preparing for an externship.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations

- Tuesday: On-Call / Part-Time (Based on Availability)
- Wednesday: On-Call / Part-Time (Based on Availability)
- Thursday: On-Call / Part-Time (Based on Availability)
- Friday: On-Call / Part-Time (Based on Availability)
- Saturday: Off
- Sunday: Off
- $13/ hourly
