POSITION SUMMARY:
The BCBA will work under the Clinical Director, responsible for developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and supervising Behavior Technicians (BTs) delivering ABA therapy.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments/Analyses and curricular assessments as assigned.
- Develop and implement BIPs in a timely manner.
- Train caregivers and staff on BIP implementation using competency-based documentation.
- Graph, analyze, and interpret data on target and replacement behaviors.
- Complete required reports and service logs in accordance with funding source guidelines.
- Maintain BCBA certification through continuing education.
- Provide ongoing treatment and assess client therapy needs.
- Model and provide feedback on BIP implementation to caregivers.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree in Psychology or related field.
- BCBA certification required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Completion of CPR, fingerprinting, background checks, RBT training, and other required certifications.
- Experience with working with individuals with intellectual disabilities

- Employment Supervisor: Executive Director
- Clinical Supervisor: Behavior Analyst
