About the Organization and Position

Well known Non-Profit Health Agency is hiring for a BCBA.

This wonderful non-profit provides a range of individualized and comprehensive clinical, psychological and special education services for children, adolescents and families in Berkshire County, MA and the Northeast. The students served by the agency in nonresidential and residential programs have complex psychiatric, behavioral and/or developmental disorders, including Autism Spectrum Disorders, and a variety of high-risk behaviors.

The programs and services are state licensed and certified and accredited in behavioral health care by the Joint Commission.

Responsibilities

The primary function of the Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) is to plan, develop, and monitor a variety of behavioral support service delivery options to meet the needs of student diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and/or other behavioral and social/communication challenges. BCBAs may supervise the work of Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs), and other professionals who implement behavior-analytic interventions. The clinician will be responsible for a caseload of 8-11 students utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) exhibiting intense behavioral difficulties.

Experience

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Licensed Massachusetts Behavior Analyst (LBA), Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), working toward a Master’s, who is exam and license eligible.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $72,000.00 - $79,000.00 per year
