AMATA LLC is a dedicated NTP providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals struggling with opiate and other substance use disorders. We are currently seeking an experienced-credentialed Clinical Supervisor / Certified Counselor to join our leadership team and oversee clinical operations.

Position Overview
The Clinical Supervisor shall demonstrate appropriate training, experience, and professional qualifications to perform oversight and supervision to counseling personnel and clinical trainees. Work cooperatively in collaboration with the medical director, program sponsor, nursing supervisor, and administrative department leads.

Required Credentials

  • CADC I, CADC II, CADC III (Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight of all behavioral therapy services for patients enrolled in NTP/MAT programs, including psychosocial assessments and individualized treatment planning.
  • Deliver counseling services: individual, group, and family/support counseling, relapse prevention education, vocational and educational counseling, and referrals/linkages to healthcare providers, legal services, and community resources.
  • Lead weekly treatment team meetings with medical, nursing, and counseling staff to ensure best practices, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and effective treatment planning.
  • Develop and monitor patient outcome assessments and review treatment data trends.
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local licensing, accreditation, and regulatory requirements (including CARF). Address deficiencies and implement quality improvements.
  • Establish and oversee group therapy schedules with evidence-based, clinically effective topics addressing substance use and co-occurring disorders.
  • Maintain oversight of EMR documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance with ASAM criteria, and utilization review standards.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based programs, group curricula, workshops, and training for clinicians and staff.

Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 – 40 per week
