Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Position Summary
The BCBA is responsible for developing and overseeing individualized care plans for children with autism who are receiving ABA services. This role ensures services are delivered effectively, evaluates outcomes, and makes data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee individualized behavioral programs for clients
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create detailed behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Ensure behavioral strategies and interventions are implemented consistently and accurately across all settings
  • Provide training, supervision, and ongoing support to staff responsible for implementing programs
  • Monitor and analyze client progress through data collection and adjust treatment plans accordingly
  • Conduct hands-on training sessions for team members to enhance skills and ensure fidelity of program implementation
  • Maintain excellent communication and collaboration with families, staff, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Uphold high standards of ethical practice and confidentiality

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to train and supervise staff effectively
