The Role:
We are looking for a licensed psychologist (Psy.D.), licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), or licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC) who is eager to make a significant impact on the lives of children and adolescents (ages 5-18). This part-time position is designed for ultimate flexibility, with primary client hours available during the weekend. This schedule is ideal for a therapist seeking to balance their professional passion with personal commitments, while still providing essential services during times convenient for families.
What We're Looking For:
- A current and active license in [State] as a Licensed Psychologist (Psy.D.), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).
- A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience specifically working with children and adolescents (ages 5-18).
- Demonstrated expertise and training in child and adolescent developmental psychology, family dynamics, and therapeutic modalities relevant to youth.
- Exceptional ability to connect with young clients, building rapport and trust through engaging, age-appropriate therapeutic techniques.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, essential for collaborating with families and other professionals.
- A compassionate, patient, resilient, and creative approach to clinical work.
- Self-motivated and able to manage a caseload effectively within a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct client assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, couples, and group therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with other practice members and refer clients to additional resources when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with practice policies and state regulations.
- Engage in continuous professional development and adhere to ethical and legal guidelines in the field.
- Participate in team meetings and case consultations as needed.
