  • A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience specifically working with children and adolescents (ages 5-18).
  • Demonstrated expertise and training in child and adolescent developmental psychology, family dynamics, and therapeutic modalities relevant to youth.
  • Exceptional ability to connect with young clients, building rapport and trust through engaging, age-appropriate therapeutic techniques.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, essential for collaborating with families and other professionals.
  • A compassionate, patient, resilient, and creative approach to clinical work.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage a caseload effectively within a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other practice members and refer clients to additional resources when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with practice policies and state regulations.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and adhere to ethical and legal guidelines in the field.
  • Participate in team meetings and case consultations as needed.
