At Headstart, we partner with BCBAs to start and grow their own in-home ABA practices. You bring the clinical expertise, and we provide the business infrastructure and support so you can focus on what matters: delivering ethical, high-quality care.

Responsibilities

Deliver ABA therapy services in alignment with best practices and client treatment plans.
Establish and manage your own caseload and schedule.
Supervise RBTs and collaborate with families.
Grow your own ethical ABA company with the full support of Headstart Health

Qualifications

Active BCBA certification and state licensure.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a BCBA.
Commitment to ethical, family-centered ABA practice.
Must reside in the state listed in this posting.
