Position Summary:
We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with at least 3 years of clinical experience to oversee operations, ensure treatment fidelity, mentor junior staff, and support exceptional client outcomes in our clinic setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision and leadership to RBTs and junior BCBAs
- Conduct initial assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, etc.) and develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor and analyze treatment data to ensure client progress
- Lead parent training sessions and maintain regular communication with families
- Ensure ethical compliance and uphold clinical standards in accordance with BACB guidelines
- Participate in staff development, training, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with administrative and clinical leadership to maintain high-quality service delivery
Requirements:
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
- Minimum of 3 years of experience providing ABA services in a clinical setting
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload and supervise staff effectively
- Experience with electronic data collection systems (e.g., Catalyst, CentralReach) preferred
- Must pass background check and meet state licensure requirements (if applicable)
