Are you working toward your BCBA certification and looking for hands-on experience with real impact? Indy Super ABA is hiring a Student BCBA to join our growing team! You’ll maintain a small caseload under the supervision of a virtual BCBA while building your clinical and leadership skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver direct and indirect ABA services under the guidance of a supervising BCBA
• Manage a small caseload of clients with support from your BCBA mentor
• Assist in developing programming and updating treatment plans
• Collaborate with RBTs, provide coaching, and assist with behavior plans
• Collect data, review progress, and implement modifications as needed

Requirements

✔ Currently enrolled in a Verified Course Sequence (VCS) for BCBA certification

✔ Minimum 2 years of experience working in the field of ABA

✔ Previous experience in programming or staff training highly preferred

✔ Strong interpersonal skills and confidence working with families and RBTs

✔ Reliable, organized, and motivated to grow in the ABA field
