This is a hybrid role for a Counseling Intern and Resident located in Richmond, VA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The individual will be responsible for providing counseling services, developing treatment plans, maintaining client records, and participating in supervision and training sessions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting individual and group therapy sessions, performing assessments, and collaborating with other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care.

• Experience in counseling and providing therapy
• Ability to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities
• Proficiency with digital tools and telehealth platforms
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Current enrollment in or completion of a Master's program in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure in Virginia is preferred
