Work Duties:
Full-time
Up to 40hours per week
Start date: 8/27/2025
End date: 6/17/2026
Onsite
Caseload: K-5
Hourly pay isnegotiable and competitive
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct FBAs and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Support students with autism, ADHD, and other behavioral challenges
Train and collaborate with educators, paraprofessionals, and families
Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust interventions
Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
Requirements:
Active BCBA License in the required state
Must have Active national BCBA certification
Masters degree in either School/Education Psychology, Behavior, Special Education or similar field
Prefer experience working with students who have behavioral needs
