Work Duties:

• Full-time

• Up to 40hours per week

• Start date: 8/27/2025

• End date: 6/17/2026

• Onsite

• Caseload: K-5

• Hourly pay isnegotiable and competitive

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

• Support students with autism, ADHD, and other behavioral challenges

• Train and collaborate with educators, paraprofessionals, and families

• Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust interventions

• Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions

  
  

Requirements:

• Active BCBA License in the required state

• Must have Active national BCBA certification

• Masters degree in either School/Education Psychology, Behavior, Special Education or similar field

• Prefer experience working with students who have behavioral needs
