Resident Care Coordinator - Large Senior Living Community

Role Overview
The Resident Care Coordinator will oversee staffing and scheduling, assist caregivers as needed, and encourage positive relations with family members. Responsibilities
- Participate in resident orientation, and identify potential changes or concerns with care plans
- Encourage positive relations and involvement with family members
- Participate in care conferences as needed
- Create monthly schedule and oversee staffing of Assisted Living care givers/med techs
- Prompt notification to ED and nurse of all emergencies
- Knowledge of and compliance with state regulations
- Participate in interviewing and selection of new employees
Qualifications
- Experienced caregiver in Assisted Living with management and leadership skills
- Scheduling experience with 24/7 staffing
- Valid CNA license in Washington
- Can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents
- Ability to work as a team and also independently
- Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and solve practical problems
