Do not apply if you:

  • Are not driven to help children on the autism spectrum.
  • Are not willing to put in 110% to complete the tasks of ABA.
  • Can't accept and incorporate clinical and operational feedback.
  • Are unable to handle having a manager or working as part of a structured team.

What you will get in return:

  • Competitive wages
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Free CEU's
  • Competitive Benefits Packages (even for part time!)
  • Ongoing clinical support, mentorship and training from a highly experienced BCBA management team
  • Highly collaborative and supportive work environment
  • Supportive administrative staff
  • We listen to your concerns and work with you to find solutions to clinical and administrative barriers
  • We treat each other with respect and kindness and do not tolerate toxic behavior from staff or clients/families

If you are a highly motivated BCBA who is passionate about delivering outstanding therapy and is committed to excellence in every aspect of your work, we encourage you to apply.
