Position Details:

• Full-time, onsite role providing classroom-based and 1:1 behavioral support to students.

• Caseload information will be provided during the district interview.

Requirements:

• Current Tennessee BCBA certification in good standing.

• Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.

• Experience supporting students in K12 school settings preferred.

• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), behavior intervention planning, and data collection.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to maintain confidential student records and comply with school district policies.
