Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Sterling Heights, Michigan
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | In-Home & Clinic-Based

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage individualized ABA treatment plans for clients.

  • Conduct assessments and adjust programming based on progress.

  • Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians.

  • Collaborate with caregivers, families, and internal teams to support generalization of skills.

  • Analyze data to ensure care meets clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with insurance and regulatory requirements.

  • Help build training platforms and feedback systems to support staff development.

Compensation and schedule

  • Pay Range: $40–$65 per hour (or salary equivalent), depending on experience and role type

  • Scheduling Options:

    • Full-time (30–40 hours/week)

    • Part-time (15–29 hours/week)

    • Evening cases available (optional)

  • Work Environment:

    • In-home

    • Clinic-based

    • Hybrid options based on your preferences

BCBA skill and qualification requirements

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

  • Active Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing

  • Michigan state license (or eligibility to obtain)

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Experience supervising RBTs and delivering family-centered ABA care

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-home visits
